Action Painting is in the process of painting the Association’s wrought iron fences.  The fences being painted are typically those separating

Association common property from individual rear yards.  Painting of the small portion of wrought iron fencing separating adjoining private

properties is the responsibility of individual property owners.  To facilitate matching of color, the following information is offered for your use:

The paint may be obtained at any Vista Paint outlet.  The store originating the custom color is located in Tustin, CA.  However, the Vista Paint

store in Pasadena, CA was able to duplicate the color based on the custom formula.  Association members need only reference “Mountain Cove

HOA” at the Pasadena store for the correct formula and product.  The Pasadena outlet is located at:
